Refund Policy

As a nonprofit, we work to deliver the best value among basketball leagues across the San Fernando Valley. In order to cover the costs involved in our gym rentals, insurance, and staffing, we do not offer refunds, credits, or makeup days. All membership payments are processed on the first day of every month. Surcharges may apply depending on your card. If you would like to change or cancel your membership, we require a notice of at least 2 weeks in advance of your next monthly membership charge. Please notify Coach Kiki or info@myvalleystars.com.
