Refund Policy
Updated Subscription, Payment, and Return Policy (as of July 2025)
As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to offering the best value for youth basketball programs in the San Fernando Valley. To cover essential operating costs such as gym rentals, insurance, and staffing, we do not offer refunds, credits, or makeup days.
Subscription Policy
By registering your player, you are opting into our automatic monthly subscription model. This means:

You will be automatically charged each month on the 1st unless you cancel or make changes with the required notice. Please note that surcharges may apply depending on your card provider.

Your subscription reserves your player’s spot in the program, including team placement, practice access, and game participation (as applicable).

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is up to date and funds are available.

It is your responsibility to notify Valley Stars at least three weeks in advance of any changes, cancellations, or holds on your membership. Requests should be directed to Coach Kiki or emailed to info@myvalleystars.com.

If a payment is declined, a $18 daily service fee will be applied for each day the payment remains unpaid. This helps cover administrative costs associated with missed or late payments.
Your enrollment supports our mission to provide consistent, high-quality programming to all families, and helps us plan staffing, facility rental, and game schedules responsibly.
